The weekend is over...

I always look forward to the weekends! It means sleeping a little later than normal, getting donuts, and having daddy around to help out. We were pretty much on the go all weekend long. I went to see a movie with a couple of friends Friday afternoon. Then Matt, Ava, and I met up with a bunch of classmates for some good 'ol Mexican cuisine that evening- which reminds me- Mexican + pregnant= some serious heartburn!! Saturday was jam-packed too. As you can see from the photos we went to the "Country Fair" and Daddy's football game. Ava has mastered the "touchdown" motion and then applauds herself for being so cute. I think we have a future cheerleader on our hands. We settled in Saturday evening for some Wildcat Football and to our surprise- they won!! Ava actually got to practice her touchdown motion a couple of times in the game- which if any of you aren't Kentucky Wildcat fans, you should know that in recent years, touchdowns were few and far between. I must admit, following the Kentucky teams makes me a little homesick. All of these activities paired with studying and writing papers has made for a non-stop weekend.
