Today my little man suprised me and decided to roll over! I am shocked given that he isn't even 4 months old yet! The smile on his face said it all- he was so proud of himself. The lady in the gym nursery summed up Tal's personality to a tee- she said, "he is the happiest, smilingist" ( is that a word?) baby she has ever seen. He has his well-baby check up on Thursday, so I am eager to find out how much he has grown and how much weight he has put on. I have been sneaking a little bit of rice cereal in his bottles, but it is only spreading his feedings out to about 3 hours. This kid eats like a horse!
On a different note, Matt made my birthday very special. Earlier in the day he watched Ava and Tal while I went to get a manicure- it was pretty relaxing- until I got THE CALL. He had taken my car to clean it out, during his cleaning spree somehow the doors locked and shut- with the kids inside! He locked my children in the car! He spent a long time trying to coax Ava into unlocking it manually- but she just didn't understand. Luckily, it wasn't a warm day, so they were comfortable while waiting on the spare set of keys. Once we rescued the babies, we came home for naps. Just as I was getting ready to take my grocery list to the store to grab our weeks worth of grub, there was a knock at the door. IT WAS JAKE AND BECCA! Matt informed me that they were here to babysit so that we could go to dinner and a movie. A night out at a restaurant without the kids- and a movie- I didn't even check myself in the mirror, I just sprinted to the nearest exit! Come to think of it, I might have been covered in spit-up or sporting one of Ava's bows ( which I do often when she wants me to wear them). Oh well, I was out!! We had a great dinner and the movie was cute! Thanks Matt!

I am here to tell you that boys eat all the time. Or my little Cooper does. There isn't a moment that goes buy he doesn't want something to eat.
I'm glad that you had a great Birthday! Matt is a very sweet person. Happy Birthday to you!
I also meant to say that I'm glad that I'm not the only one that has been locked out from the baby or babies in your case. Poor Matt, I know how he felt that day! At least he didn't have to call 911.
WHAT FUN. HAPPY BIRTHDAY.
