Last stop

We finally made our last stop on the list of doctors to consult regarding Tal's galactosemia. Apparently, many children diagnosed with this also develop cataracts as a result. So we headed to Lexington to a Pediatric eye specialist to have Tal's eyes checked out. Good news...no cataracts...his eyes look normal and healthy! It has been a long 17 months of doctor/specialist visits, but I think it is safe to say that all of those appointments are over. Tal is now on a completely normal diet and has had ZERO complications related to his galactosemia. What a little trooper!

Check out his dilated eyes!

He didn't really like the opthamologist, he preferred Granna instead!
"Tal, I'll show you how to sit in the chair like a big boy"
Apparently, Ava thought she needed glasses!
