Last Friday was Matt's LAST day on his very LAST clinical EVER! It has been a long road that started just 4 weeks after Ava Ryan was born with our move to Texas. A lot has happened since then, with an addition of a little boy and the upcoming addition of another baby girl. We also made life-long friends in Amarillo that we will dearly miss. Since December, we have been settled in Kentucky awaiting this day. Matt officially has a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy, but after much consideration, has decided to return to Texas for 9 short weeks to obtain his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Matt will take his long journey back to Lubbock tomorrow via the 'ol gas conserving Toyota Corolla and the kids and I will follow next weekend via airplane to watch him receive his diploma. Matt will then accompany us home for about 2 weeks before his final classes begin. If all goes well with my pregnancy, Matt will return home one week before my due date!! Now...my final task...get through the summer without my hubby :(

Congratulations to Matt and you! Although I am sure Matt deserves a bit more! :) It takes the whole fam to get something like that accomplished! Hope we will get to see you here in Amarillo some Sunday.
